Purple Daisy Clean is located in the Tyler Mountain part of Charleston, WV, between Dunbar and Cross Lanes. We serve most of Kanawha and Putnam Counties. In Kanawha County, we provide service to Big Chimney, Charleston, Cross Lanes, Dunbar, Kanawha City, Sissonville, South Charleston, St. Albans, Mink Shoals, Nitro, and surrounding areas. In Putnam County, we provide service to Hurricane, Poca, Teays Valley, and Winfield.

For homes outside our standard service area, we may be able to accommodate move-in/move-out or deep clean appointments. An additional travel fee may be required.

Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and tools to every appointment. Depending on the service, we may arrive with 50+ products and tools to make sure we’re fully prepared for almost any task. In addition to various cleaning solutions, we also may bring a ladder, vacuum, mop, broom, step stool, and other tools.

Yes, Purple Daisy Clean requires a deposit when booking your first appointment. The deposit goes toward your total, with the remainder due on the day of the service. This helps us to confirm that the appointment is legit and helps to reduce no-shows. The deposit is transferrable if you need to reschedule up to two times. It is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice or if no one is available to provide access on the day of the appointment.

No — the $50 Home Refresh is not just a one-time or introductory deal. You’re welcome to book it again whenever you like, whether as-needed or on a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). The $50 rate covers up to 2 hours focused on kitchens and one bathroom. If you’d like extra time, need more bathrooms included, or prefer a longer service in the future, additional hours are just $25 each.

We have a 2-hour minimum for all appointments. Travel time is always free within our usual service area, but setting aside the drive, preparation, and scheduling means shorter visits aren’t practical. Even if your main task takes less than 2 hours, we’ll happily use the remaining time for other areas you’d like us to freshen up—such as floors, bathrooms, or quick organizing.

We may clean homes with mild pest activity of roaches, rodents, etc. However, we reserve the right to terminate any cleaning where we feel our health and safety are at risk due to moderate-large pest infestations in the home.
